Description
This is my approach on what Kaidan looked like back then in around 2168 during his time at the "Biotic Acclimation and Temperance Training" (BAaT) at the Gargarin Station (Jump Zero) - or what Kaidan called it the "Brain Camp". In 2166 the company behind this program, Conatix Industries, wanted to speed up the development progress by hiring Turian mercenaries as instructors.
That is the historical background I used for considering what Kaidan's outfit would have looked like during that time.
The first thing I did was to make his face appear younger and a bit narrower. After that I replaced his quite poorly designed hair with a more detailed haircut staying close to the original shape of Kaidan's haircut.
The outfit itself shows an early crossover version of the Alliance outfit later used on board of he Normandy SR1 and an early draft of the Cerberus uniform worn on the Normandy SR2. Even though Cerberus was not involved in Biotic development at this time I'm sure they learned as much as possible from those early training attempts which could have led to acquiring surplus clothes.
The boots are inspired by Turian armor design with additional protective elements for shinbones and knees.

Interesting concept. I really like the detail with the clothing and Kaidan looking younger - and much slimmer than later in his life where he's considerably more muscular - while still being the biotic we're used to seeing.
